Depends on how long the relationship was. If it was more than a year, I'd give it a year. If it was less, I'd give it proportionately less, down to a month.

Time heals all wounds. Just allow it to heal you and don't get bitter.

Move on before she does. If not you will be scared for life and in therapy. Move on at the next possible chance, a good girl can heal all wounds. Especially rich, hot ones.

you may start up relationship the following day, yet you may basically have a million date a week for the 1st 2 months and nil touch between dates. This prevents issues from shifting too rapid and burning out what you concept exchange into going to be a desirable relationship.

Honestly, it's up to how you feel. In the next month or two, you're going to find alot of women attractive that have opposite qualities of your ex. It's the "grass is greener on the other side of the fence" syndrome.

Personally, after serious relationships in my past, I've waited a minimum of 6 months. My reasoning behind that is, I give myself enough time to remember who I am, without "Her"

I think you will know when your ready , start loving yourself and having a relationship with yourself for a while. the love you shared is eternal, regardless of the circumstances. Best of luck.

it depends on the reason you start the new relationship...because you feel lonely or she reminds you of your ex or because you want revenge.....or because you have fallen in love again??? anyway I would wait at least a couple of months to deal with the break-up good-luck
