Faith, is the belief in something not yet seen but expected. I base my faith in the person of Jesus Christ. I have not yet seen Him, visually but, my belief is because I have read about Him in God's word. God's word is accurate and has been proven true to me.

I base my faith (Catholicism) on the evidence that Jesus Christ is a real man who claimed to be God. I believe His claims, and I know, from history, that He established one true Church. That Church tells me that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, and infallably instructs me in faith and morals. This is not a circular argument, but a spiral one.

Although emotions are very important in any relationship, I do not trust my emotions alone because emotions can be faulty and subject to change. Thank you for your question!!

God Bless!

both. I've never seen God but I have seen miracles and felt his presence. And he's help me get out of a lot of bad situations. He's saved family members numerous times.

I am agnostic, so I guess I base it on the fact that I don't know.
