looking to enhance pageant photos and need to find the right program for my pc... Any sugestions?

Adobe Photoshop all the way! Just ask any computer-savy friend if they have Photoshop installed on their computer. Then BEG them to touch it up! I'll do for you for cheap! Good Luck! Contact me if you need more info........

PhotoShop but that will cost you about $750. Find a professional photo lab or photo retoucher/restorer. They will do it for you for alot less than buying PhotoShop.

Go back to the question list and look at the guy below your question. I'd say some people try their best to obliterate the spiritual nature, don't you agree? At least it's way more creative than people who still have a gray profile because they don't know how to download a photo!

Photoshop CS2 for big bucks. Gimp for free.

Photoshop CS2 is probably your best bet for what you want, but it is expensive.
