lol, oh some of these questions make me laugh and laugh............YES call the authorities, she must be stopped, children are meant to climb the walls not stick to the ceiling!!!

velcro is better than mustard and coffee grinds, which is what my mom put on my bedroom ceiling.
and my dad hammered Nine Inch Nails (with the pointy edges facing my bed) through the ceiling to stop my Olympic gymnastic dreams of glory.
so if it's just Velcro, dude.......consider yourself blessed, maybe parentally confused, but definitely NOT abused.

No, not really it only is if she beats you with it. But however I admit that what she had done to your ceiling was pretty bad and/or childish.
