OK, all my friends say he likes me but he never talks to me not even when i pass him in the hall. Should i think he likes me or not ?

Never go by what your Friend say, it could cause you problems if this info is untrue. Do you have interest in this person? Maybe you should get to know him and then you can find out if he does or not.

if ur friends arent just sayin that to be weird then maybe he's shy. but how can they be sure?!?!? did he like tell them?! did you even like this guy before this. you should clarify your question a little more then ill be happy to answer more specifically.

i think he is too shy or simply your friends want to make you feel better by telling you that!!but i guess he is too shy and you should go and talk to him so that you can find out if he likes you!

Ask him, tell him theres a rumor going around and you wanna make sure, if yes than start with friendship, if no intoduce yourself and start with friendship.
