This is a common type of wart...usually found in childhood, highly contagious. the little seeds have to be removed, all of them, the more you dig yourself, the more you sread them. You should have this professionally removed. Or leave them alone completely. i can't remember the name of them but they are common. If you leave it alone each one of those "seeds" will come out on their own but it will take a long time. Even if they come out naturally...they ae still very contagious.
Best bet...go to a doctor or dermatologist.

When you popped the first one, you probably spread whatever it is to the rest of your hands. It sounds like some type of wart, but without seeing it, no one will be able to tell for sure. I would suggest you get in to see a dermatologist as soon as you can.

Good luck!

A real need to go to the doctor. It could be anything. If it is warts, they are viruses and can spread.

hello , it sounds to me like you may have some sort of flesh eating virus. My cousin had a sore on her foot and had the same sounding thing as you ,but over time it got worse and worse . Sha finally went to the doc and that was what it was.don't freak out though all she had to do was apply an ointment and it went away.

see a Doctor about it,and look up conditions of the hands
over the internet for possible causes. It could be a virus or
infection. Don't pick at them anymore, and keep skin clean.
