he won't talk to you so then HOW DO YOU GO OUT?

Well, have you tried talking to him? Have you talked to him about this? Is he shy? Does he just like to listen to you talk? There is not enough details for me to completely answer your question, but here are 2common reasons.
1). Hate to break it to you, but he might have lost interest in some way. This may not be your case.
2). He might have hit a ruff spot in life, and this is the moment he needs you the most. In this case, try talking to him and about things that interest him.

um well c if an event like a death or something occur ed in his family. or maybe he heard a cheating rumor. or maybe he is going through a hard time in his life and doesn't know what to do.

have you had sex yet (together, i mean), because a guy who suddenly "Stops talking to his g/friend" is cheating on her (with another girl willing to give it up) or bored altogether, because you and him already had sex and he's no longer thrilled with your presence, friendship or intimate (sex) life.
did you have a fight/argument? is he mental? are you hot, a babe and totally on fire? or are you a bore, ugly and a total spaz?
