Southern Florida would be preferable, but I am willing to travel a resonable distance to get this done and how much is an average price for this?

Cost will depend on the piercer doing it and the time required to complete the corset as well as materials and overall size.

In order to find a piercer, you better be prepared to look. Few piercers train for this type of piercing and some people will tell you that they can do it just to make an extra buck. While you are looking, find a piercer with photographed, signed and dated proof that they are able to preform these piercings well, with skill and have done sucessful, non rejecting surface piercings. The easiest way to start is call piercers and tattoo artists and ask who they know and how to get hold of those people.

I wish you a lot of luck since 95%+ of all corset piercings reject and rip within months (and since mine didn't work with my lifestyle) and since few people are capable of doing the piercings. Also, they are commonly considered to be a play piercing. So if you get it, don't expect to keep it. So flaunt it while you can.
