Somedays I feel really out of it. I'm in my own world. Distracted, easily irritated, intensly angry, out of focus, low confidence, feel stupid, socially akward, weird, alone, strange, loss of control, overwelmed by emotions, blank, tired, misunderstood, judged, misconceived, very nervous.

Other days I'm energetic, focused, excited, bubbly, social, motivated, caring, have control, happy, don't care about the negative things that happen to me that day.

It could be anxiety disorder or manic-depressive disorder. It could be anything. You never know with these things. I think the best thing that you can do is talk to your guidance counselor in school. They will know if you need medical help or if you just need counseling. Or if you're not ready to do that yet, you can talk to your family and friends. They love you and will definitely want to help you.

Or if you're working and you're stressed out at work, you can take a week's vacation, just to clear your mind. Or if that doesn't work, you might need to talk to a therapist.

I hope you feel better.

You probably don't have anything wrong with you. Everyone has good and bad days. If it is bothering you alot though you should talk to a doctor. You could be bi-polar or something.

You may have bipolar disorder. My sister has it, and it is terrible. But, you may just be hormonal. I would talk to a school counselor about it, they will know if you are a normal kid, or if you may need some serious help

Are you under a lot of stress? It can make you go like that.
When I was horribly stressed, I had my highs and lows, but you gotta find something to connect to that can pull you out of it, and back to normal.
