I am a shy 19 yearold and I am lonely I seem to be only attrated to older women women in their 30s and 40s. It's not a physical attraction its more phycologial. I feel safer with an older woman is that wrong?

Perhaps the fact that you are lonely and the fact that it is more-so the physcological traits that attract you to women, are related in some way?
Maybe it's not that you aren't normal, it's just that you are looking to be appreciated or loved, and perhaps want more solid, sound advice and love than crazy teenage junk.
Personally, if that's the case, i think that's sort of admirable.

Don't worry, there is absolutely nothing wrong with liking older women. If that's who you feel more comfortable with then go for it! As long as you are happy that is all that matters! I'm with a guy who is 15 years older than me (I am 22), I couldn't be happier. You can't help who you like. As long as you have the same interests and similar opinions as well as mutual trust and respect, then you should have nothing to worry about. I'm quite shy especially when I find myself in unfamiliar situations and meeting new people for the first time. It takes me a long time to open up to people. I think when you are shy you feel the need to feel safe and secure. Sometimes young people our age find that hard to understand whereas older people have much more life experience and are much more willing to accept us for who we are. They don't tend to want to change us, to be more out going, etc. There is no peer pressure with older people. They have much more to give and you can learn a lot more from them. Personal maturity also plays a part in who we choose to go out with. Don't worry about meeting someone. It will happen when the time's right. I spent years feeling lonely, wishing, hoping that I would meet someone but it didn't make me feel any better, just miserable. It certainly didn't make it happen any faster. When I finally met my one and only, it was at a time when I least expected it! My partner was definitely worth all that waiting! He certainly wasn't at all what I imagined him to be. We both said to each other, "your not my type" and agreed to be 'just friends'. Little did we know that we would end up falling in love a year later. We are now planning our wedding and enjoying a great life together. Don't give up! Just remember it's not wrong to be attracted to older women whether physically or psycologically. Sometimes you find yourself attracted to the person rather than their looks. Real relationships should not be based on looks alone. This can only be the case if you are after a casual relationship with no strings, this would then be absolutely fine. nothing wrong babe. Your over 16 so whatever you do with an older woman is ok. My husband is 10 years older than me. We have been together for 8 years and have 2 children!!
As long as you don't let the age gap bother you then its nobody else's business!

It's not wrong but it probably has to due with some emotional issues you need to deal with. It won't make much sense for you to try and have a long term relationship with someone that much older than you.

nothing wrong with being attracted to older women but i think that you are looking for reassurance not love or sex if this is the case have older women as friends not partners as it is not fair to them or u

i was like that when i was your age..nothing wrong with at all older women are more mature experienced less self centered and more rounded human beings this all adds up to them being easier to get along with..your fine do what you have to do and dont listen to people who tell you its wrong

Maybe you need to go on some dates with women closer to your age, maybe because they are similar to like a mother to you? I would try just going out with some youger girls and try to connect with them.

no thats not wrong we all like different types of people. some like large women other like big boobs you like older, theres nothing wrong in that mate. Fill your boots and have some fun!!
