There is nothing that can be done witha bar to reenlistment! You are done. They would sooner take a disabled person than one that has already proved they could not adapt! Sorry!

If your RE code is 3 or lower you are done. If you were chaptered for misconduct on top of the OTH you are especially cooked.

Sorry to hear about the family but you should have knocked it off when Top kicked your butt the first time. Pattern of misconduct means you don't listen too well and Uncle Sam doesn't have time for that. Pay the price, move on and find a job that can take care of your family instead of pursuing the impossible.

well, I would like to help you but there is so much more information that needs to be obtained. What branch, how many years served, how many months/years since discharge. Most importantly the ReCode and Separation code on the bottom of your DD214 (blocks 26. and 27, only found on the long form). Re post this question with that info and include the State you reside in.

The recruiters see you as a lowlife because you are. You will never get the honorable discharge.

You can appeal to a discharge review board. However the board will only upgrade your discharge if it determines that you should have been given a higher level discharge.

In other words if they find that you deserved an OTH then you will not be upgraded.

I have no idea what you are asking nor what you're trying to spell.

Mind editing so we can understand your question a bit easier?

EDIT: OTH... Other Than Honorable. Just figured it out. lol

You're stuck. You should have fought it when you were getting out. Best choice now is to join the Foreign Legion or Peace Corps. Sorry mang.
