Okay So I admit I'm a guy and the instructions look a little....well complicated! how who's wants to come cook it for me?

it was kind of a joke question...
it's a single father thing...see the kids are expecting me to cook everything from scratch cause their friends are coming over....I can do it but I'm just getting stressed out on how much there is to do ...Hugs for you kind offer...will save you a piece of pie...Oh No! I got to make a pie too!!!

If you know any families that have an extra table setting, that's probably the best bet. The moms that have been roasting turkey for years have it down to an art form. But sometime when you aren't on a time crunch, try buying a small turkey and invite someone over to teach you how to roast it. If you master it, then you might be in a position to impress people yourself! ;-)

If you really can't do it, just buy some Reynolds turkey sized oven bags, put the turkey in the bag, then put the whole thing in a throw-away turkey pan and then cook it on the temp it says in the directions.

Can't get easier than that.

It's not to late to buy a precooked turkey. Just heat and serve :)
