What should I drink, and eat to clean my system. I know I can exercise to help get all those toxins out, and I already drink 2 liters of water a day. But what else can I do. I'd like to fast for about a week. I don't want to eat any food.

What's a toxin? Have you ever seen one? Can you name one that is in your body right now?

Just pointing out that the human body has an amazing way of healing itself, despite our interference. The "toxin" talk is a lot of hype to try to sell you products or services.

Starving yourself is not the answer. Detox kits are pretty useless. Eat nothing but raw fruits and vegetables,cooked fish (not fried) rice and legumes. Buy all these items from a organic grocer if possible. If not wash everything throughly before consuming. Do not smoke, drink any alcohol or canned beverages such as Coke. Water consumed should be either steam distilled or spring water. Try to sleep for at least 8 hrs and exercise lightly.

It's probably not a great idea not to eat for a week. The Isagenix system has a really good two day cleanse system that is supposed to rid your body of toxins. I used it and it worked pretty well. It's an all liquid diet that provides all the nutrients your body needs so it doesn't feel like it's starving.

fasting is fine. you should look into juice fasting, but, a great way to cleanse your body is to take cleansing agaents that are made up of herbs, you can find them at any health food store, start with the colon and ask what the health food store recommends after that, good ones to take are yeast cleanser, liver/gall bladder cleanser, and heavy metal cleanser. but colon needs to be done first, because there is so much build up in there that the other cleansers won't work as well if you don't do colon first.

anything with fiber. apples, prunes, beans (not really), any berries (cranberries,blackberries, etc.), carrots, anthing with vitamon A. and if all else fails, gas-x and beano work too. I heard that the avg carnavor has about 5 pounds of undigested meat inside of them. oh and no more cheese, oils or fatty fast foods.

Fasting for a week will make you weak and unhealthy. You need to investigate cleansing properly and do it by a proven method.

a blend of carrot and ginger juice works well but i don't recommend going without eating!!!

stick with veggies and dark colour fruits like berries, mangoes,papaya etc...
