yes if you are on their premises its best that you buy it there. They may frown on you drinking your own beer on their property. Its not against the law to drink outside tho so go for it!!

You can take it out the back so long as you stay on pubs property.

I run a pub and you can drink outside mine. I have a large garden so I obvioulsy allow them to. Some councils have put up "no drinking" zones so if you have a pub there, then, no.

some places do, if you are in the area of the restaurant still, but most of them don't. they don't want you to drink and drive, etc.
