What /where is the best place to meet women if you are in your young 40"S & have been out of the dating scene

I am not crazy about he bars- too many games & people
are not serious & just there to have fun. After friends set you
up-that drys up after a while, I tried the internet & that was slow-
alot of women get bombarded with guys emails, and
I tried a paid dating service- but they just took my money &
are not really producing anything. Meeting women in
random places is a hit or miss.

SO, what else can I do ????

There are literally hundreds of website that provide help for those like you. Some are better than others. Try some more and various types.

If you really want something, you are going to have to WORK at it. Is there a reason that these fix ups aren't working? Are you being too superficial? too particular? too something? or do your friends have a bizarre opinion of you and fix you up with losers?

If you really want to find that life mate, you will, you just have to search.

Also, try a bookstore, library, or the theater.

Doesn't sound like you giving anything enough time. You are giving up to easy. Be patient and the young 40 women will come. First of all do the over 40 know this. Give the friends setting you up a try again. You might get lucky this time. Go to websites that are specific for the over 40 woman that might help. Good luck.
