I really hate diet pills! I eat as much as my 200-lb boyfriend! Not really gainig weight, but I can't loose any. Low carb diets make me feel weak & sick.

1. drink water constantly! carry a bottle with you everywhere and make it your goal to drink just a little bit more than you did the day before I sometimes add a bit of gatorade to my water to make it taste better.
2 if you are eating as much as a 200lbs guy then you should be cutting your portions in half. it will be hard at first but your body will learn to become full on less food if you are consistent. I promise!
3 cut out sugar and sodium
4 be careful on drinks (alcohol, soda etc) they have a ton of calories and you dont even get the benefit of being full afterwards (actully alcohol increases appetite) save you calories for nutritional food.
5 if you are really feeling the urge to eat more that you need to then do 50 pushups or 100 sit ups and when you are done if you still have that craving then give into it, in moderation of course.

good luck

take your weight and divide it by 2, thats how many ounces of H2O you should consume in a day example 180 lb/ 2 90 90 oz of water (not that 64 oz). Take an omega 3 supppelmt, gel cap or Cod liver oil, flax oil, fish oil, or by eating lots of salmon, cod ect.. (also its in some eggs, and now is added in other products that will be advertised as "plus Omega 3". Smart balance is a brand that has it in their own peanut butter, mayo, ect... made with omega 3's and NO HYDROGENATED oils..yeah! Always being hungry is often a symptom of a lack of omega 3 fatty acids. Also dont be too conserned with how much your eating verses what your eating, I would never kick my self for having 2 large salads, and 4 apples! LOL, just eat healthier, you may find your appetite is based on sugar cravings not appetite.

Drink lots of water. At least 8 cups. This will help you feel full (it fills up your stomach) High hiber foods like veggies, apples, or fiber pills make you feel full to with a small amount of calories. celery also has about 0 calories. If you get cravings brush your teeth or chew sugar free gum. Slowely decrease the amount you eat everyday to shrink your stomach. and of course, excercise!

Drink water all day long, but not 3 hours before bedtime. Water fills your stomach, thus making you feel full. Plus, no calories.

Good luck !
