Yes, you can change your insurance at anytime. Save money at http://www.nationwidebillrelief.com and pick a new carrier and call state farm and tell them how much you are saving and cancel that policy. If you have paid up in full they will have to send you a refund for the unused coverage.

Yes. Make sure you have your new insurance in place before you cancel. If you live in New York or California they will REALLY F*CK THE SH*T out of you if you don't maintain CONSTANT insurance. State Farm will prorate your policy and issue a refund.

Get your new policy in place so there will be no lapse of coverage, and then cancel statefarm and ask them for a refund.

GEEZ, I dumped S.F. 20 years ago for the same reason. 21st Century is a very good and much more reasonably priced co.

Stay away from AAA. I got a quote on-line and then when I went to sign up, they jacked up the rate. Damned thieves.

I really think that the fact that the Obama's are the closest thing to regular people we have ever had in the White House plays a huge role in their popularity. That and his calm, common sense approach to Governing.

Your policy will be cancelled short-rate, which means they will keep a penalty for early cancellation.
