We just bought it yesterday 11/21/06 frozen solid.

That is a huge turkey. You'll have to thaw it in the sink because it won't be thaw tomorrow if you leave it in the fridge. Make sure you cook it to an internal temp of about 155 fahrenheit then let it rest on your counter - it will cook more as it sits and should reach 165 degrees which will kill off any bacteria that may grow when it sits out to thaw.

Yes there should be thawing instructions on your bird. Mine is a Butterball - and has in the fridge and in the sink full of water instructions.

My parents thaw chicken in the sink with water in it, thats like cool not like frozen like bit cooler than room temp, they also keep da sealed plastic/covering on it.

Yes, it will be fine if you leave it in the sink over night. If it is frozen solid, it is not going to go bad, believe me!...and not to mention the fact that it is a 22lb turkey!

I always thaw mine in the sink in ice water, left in the package. Mine is 20lb and I started it this morning. Should be fine.

yes. do u think it will thawed thoroughly by tommorow. u must have to wake up at 5 am tommorow to cook it. in my family that turkey would be thawed out already. we are seasoning and stuffing it tonight, that way tommrow at 6 am i will wake up and put it in the stove.

thaw it in the sink..change the water often..when you can get you hand in the crevis pull out the bag that has the neck and organs..this will help thaw faster..don't worry..it'll be just fine..now get going lil'gal

I would put it in the sink with running water and ice.
