They all cost so much, but which one is actuially worth it's price tag? And also, am I just better off with tea / coffee, or do energy drinks actually live up to their word?

There's a lot of energy drinks, but most of them actually don't work.

The best only replenish and rehydrate, such as Gatorade, Powerade, and Propel Water.

Rockstar 0 (Blue can) tastes ok and has an insane volume of caffeine. greater then the different potential drink i've got ever had. in case you like espresso, attempt Monster Java. It tastes like the starbucks frappacinos yet has a similar potential complicated that the Monster potential beverages have. in case you like green teas, attempt Enviga or complete throttle undesirable mom.

If you really want caffiene & sugar, coffee is a lot cheaper with just as much kick.
I think energy drinks are a ripoff.
Like bottled water, they charge an arm & a leg for bottling what is free almost anywhere.
Trendy doesn't mean good.
