If a girl has just recently started being nicer, could it be that she is interested in going out, or just being friendly? What are some signs of a girl being interested and not just being friendly?

A lot of eye contact, flipping her hair, nervous laughter, touching you on the arm or hand.

being nice doesnt mean anything, even flirting doesnt mean anything, some girl just like to flirt and string guys along for some fun.
dont ask her if she likes you EVER, this shows insecurity and that you really like her enough to ask.
signs that she is interested may be as some people suggested fliriting, she will ask if ure single or have a gf, she will hang around u alot, she will laugh at ur UNFUNNY jokes.
I assume all girls like me no matter what but just because she is being nice it doesnt neccesarily mean anything.
start flirting with her because it sounds like you like her enough to post up a message on here, dont wait for her to start something upit probably wont happen.

If a girl is interested she flirts. She might try to run into you a lot or accidentally touch you when she talks to you.

not really usually hints about being interested in you are different than just being nice, girls are usually mor shy or extra caring if they like.

Women are evil and cruel. Be aware, be VERY aware....I'm sure that she's after SOMETHING...and I bet it's something to benefit HER a helluva lot more than it'd ever benefit YOU.....
