New television is digital LCD and according to freeview i should get all channels but i don't get the music ones! I've tried rescanning but i need help!

Depending on your area,you may not get all channels to start with. Check with the freeview company-there is a website-unfortunately,I don't have the address. They can check just by knowing your postal code.

Hi, I work for a company that sells TV's etc. There are several possible reasons why you can't receive all channels. Firstly, there may not be a strong enough signal on those particular channels in your area. You can check this by going to freeview.co.uk Secondly, your tv aerial may need a booster. These are relatively inexpensive. May be an idea to contact a local aerial installer from the yellow pages to check this. Hope this helps. Lee

The music channels you should be getting with freeview are 'the hits', and TMF (the music factory)
The main problem with freeview is the aerial, if it is just the music channels you are missing, and they haven't been blocked, then I don't know.

yes you should get all channels including music so go back to where you bought the tv and complain.providing you are talking about radio channels

not trying to insult you but i think they mean the radio channels are free not things like mtv hope this is what u mean i have free view and can get radio channels but not mtv ok
