Most people exfoliate way too much. Everytime you scrub or wash in the shower you're exfoliating. Things people use to exfoliate are those regular shower "poofs" , sponges, and even wash cloths. There are many products on the market that are "scrub"s and claim to make your skin healthier. Exfoliating too much actually takes away the healthy glow of your skin and makes the skin more dry and less soft. If you exfoliate good once every week you're more in tune with your body's natural build up of dead skin cells than if you exoliate once a day. Sounds crazy but it's true. Your body has a pretty regular system of exfoliation. You can help it along every now and then, but too much is a killer for your skin. The only place on your body that does not exfoliate regularly is the soles of your feet. And that naturally happens for a reason. In other words, If your body didn't exfoliate like it should, the rest of your body would be thick like the soles of your feet. If that is the case, I would greatly suggest that you exfoliate more. lol.

Yes it is healthy but only if u dont over do it. You only need to exfloiate your skin once a week or so. You should find some good products in a chemist or in the supermarket! Yes it will make your skin glow and it makes it really soft and smooth too!

yes it is healthy its only hurrying along the process that your skin does itself! i use a facial or body scrub that contains slightly rough particles thats as you rub your skin the dead cells get sloughed away! it does make your skin glow as the new skin underneath is revealed looking radiant

yes it is, it removes unhealthy skin cells, so you can make healthy ones.... i have a secret also.... using just plain sand mixed with water(not oils) is great for rough places on your body! But whatever exfoliant you use just make sure that it has no kind of petroleum or UN-natural oils..... they will clog your pores.... GOOD lUCK

yeah it's good for your skin. it gets all the crap off of it like dead skin cells and such. use a gentle one and use it like 3 times a week at the most. one of those cleansers with those gritty rock things in it works for me
