But I have a very VERY fast metabolism which annoys me so much. In the last 2 months I've been gaining, then over a period of a week ( a very stressful one) I lost it all. Anyone have any suggestions on how much I should eat each day of these to reach my goal (10-15 pounds in 1 month):

Grams of protein?
Grams of fat?
Carbs?

Also would creatine help me reach my goal?

Wanted to add-it doesn't matter to me if the weight I gain is fat

Hah, i have a very fast metabolism too, isnt it annoying as hell?... The only way iv been told to increase weight is by eating HEALTHY FOOD but increasing the quantities... my doctor told me to try things like cheese, milk and creamy yogurts,dont be tempted to stuff urself with fatty junk food though! ul jst clog up ur arteries eww..

My boyf has a fast meta.

Go out and buy one of those protein powders shake thingys, with 1000 Cal,
and drink a shake every morning.
