Sounds childish, but JELLO! It's very sweet and kinda fun too. :)
Try sugar free for even lower calories, and top with sugar free cool whip too.

Also, keep a tub of sugar free cool whip in the freezer and then scoop some out with an ice cream scooper and top with some calorie free chocolate syrup. Can you say...calorie free sundae? :)

Oh, and I agree with the first suggestion about the Smart Ones Chocolate chip cookie dough sundaes, they are absolutely amazing. They come in packs of 2 in a red box. I think they are about 160 calories.

"Ice Cream Sandwich" use a whole chocolate graham cracker, broken in half. Spread a tablespoon light whipped topping on half and top with the other, making a sandwich. wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for a few hours, or until set. Delish!

I don't know the name of this, but start with an angel food cake (they're fat free), and instead of icing, mix chopped berries & crushed pineapple with light whipped topping and spread on your cake. That's a real treat.

To lighten up any baking recipe, substitute the oil for applesauce (same quantity)-what a calorie savings, and it makes no difference in taste.

Also, slice a ripe banana in a cup and freeze. Top with 1/2 teaspoon hershey's syrup and a tsp whipped cream. That's a super light and delish dessert--no fat and very low cal.

Strawberry shortcake! Fresh strawberries, cut into managable bites in a little sweet and low or what ever sweetener you have around. Leave them in the fridge for a few hours then put them over angel food cake with a little whipped cream (or not if you don't like it) and enjoy! Oh they also make desserts prepackaged by Weight Watchers if you want something like that!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNCjR

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I'm not inclined to cook much, but when I'm craving chocolate, I really like Smart Ones chocolate chip cookie dough desserts. You can get them at any grocery store, at least the ones I've been to. Cheap in price and yummy :)
