I would rather have the perp holding a gun to my head than be 10 feet away. Contact range allows me to attempt a disarm move. The key being that "action beats reaction".

You do what they want until that gun is no longer pointed at you. One should TRY not to panic and remember as many details as possible. Resistance is futile especially if they are already bent on killing you, hopefully you are already right with God.
Then is the time for payback by getting the authorities involved. (unless you are a badass)

Probably ask if I could get fries with that, or any other stupid request I could think of. I think it would be wise to mentally disarm them before physically disarming them. A man who is intent on killing you has only to pull the trigger, but a man trying to figure out why you'd ask him to hold the pepper on the fries cause your allergic to pepper has to quit trying to figure out where in the hell you got fries that came pre-peppered and remember that his original intent was to kill you. That takes longer for some people than it takes others.

Not really related to hunting. But if I am going to go out I will not go without fight. In our Krav Maga classes we've worked on just that scenario..
Deflect and hold away from the body. then disable the perp in any fashion required.

with the right knkowledge and training, it's a very safe place to be. I can disarm someone before they can even pull the trigger if the gun is to my head. Then I'd put two in their head--to make sure they're dead. No trial. No problem.

Its actual happend to me twice the first time i just said boy your a little ***** put down that hunk of **** and ill show your friends wha a little ***** you really are .. the second time i was with my 12 year old daugther so i said just take my **** and go ..just so you know i live in Baltimore city

I'ld pull the pin on the grenade in my pocket, show it to the s.o.b. ... take the gun from her... then I would stuff the grenade down her pants and run... :0)

just listen to what they want and give it to them 99.9% of the time they wont have the balls to pull the trigger but that .1% is what you have to worry about then either call the cops or take revenge but it is not worth it just call the cops or walk away and dont say anything.
