My husband is a kick boxer and trainer for golds gym he says first make sure your eating whole grain not whole wheat which is no different then white and he says to try 20 min. cardio then 20 min. of resistance training (weights) and then 20 min again of cardio 5 min. stretch. You should change up your workout every 3 weeks b/c your body gets use to what your doing and your probably doing to much cardio. When you eat your portion sizes should be serving size which you'll find on the back label. Cut out sodas and juices, replace with water. We drink Naked it's juice that contains only fruits and vegetables. Hope this helps.

Water! I've been a professional dieter all my life. Once I learned to drink lots of cold water, I was able to lose 20lbs and keep it off. Oh, cut out the pasta too and see if that helps.

Are you doing cardio? You could also try pilates or yoga. Really need more information about how many calories and what types of working out you do to give you a good answer.
