It definatly sounds like playa behavior. Move on before you get hurt. Also ask yourself this, if he says he likes you than why is he still with his girlfriend and flirts with other women? Move on to the next guy in line.

welll from your small statement below your question i would also say he is a player, if you are going through i a rough patch with an ex and you feel low being flirted with might be a sign to move on but might also be a sign for being vonerable and if he knows that which i am shure he does then he will take advantage of you and who will be hurt in the end? not him YOU so stay clear you want to make peace not war with these people and him having a girlfriend just shows what kind of person he would be if he went out with you? he has more chance of sleeping with other girls and doing what he is doing to his poor girlfriend so i would say stay clear sweetie ok xxxx
