I would just use a glaze. A mixture of powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. (some people like to add a bit of cold coffee)
Frosting would take away from the flavor of the bread.
(sounds yummy by the way!)

Mix icing sugar with a little sour cream and a splash of lemon juice until you have a thin white frosting. Then drizzle in pattern over the top of the bread. You can, if you wish, add a dash of ground cinnamon to the icing.

I would use a cream cheese icing with some cranberry mixed in and maybe a little orange zest to add some kick and beauty.
Maybe even sprinkle on a few nuts of choice...
Good Luck.....thats a brave and unusual masterpiece!

I think one of those white, sugary frostings that are used to drizzle on cinnamon buns would be excellent. Mmmm, cranberry-orange bread is delicious.

Either a cream cheese frosting or a vanilla glaze would be good.

I would not frost it. If anything just a little powdered sugar and water and drizzle on top.
