He has a headache because he's dehydrated. He's vomiting clear because there's nothing else for him to throw up. Stop drinking that crap and get him some water or Pedialyte to drink, and get him a lot of it. If he has a fever to go along with it (above 101) then see a doctor. If he gets up and feels dizzy, see a doctor.

Benadryl to stop the nausea and vomiting, and gatorade or pediasure for the dehydration. If you can't take or can't get these things, try pepsi or coca cola. They have the correct balance of minerals and the bicarbonate of soda neutralizes the stomach acid. It sounds weird, but it is actually very soothing. I learned this from my daycare kids when they were in their toddler years. If caffiene containing drinks are against your beliefs try 7up or Sprite, etc. It isn't as soothing as the cola, but it still has the bicarbonate of soda.

Take his temperature too It could be this is not related to the beers, and he has a germ or the flu.

Its the bial I dont think I spelled that right but if you dont eat anything and keep throwing up you eventually have nothing but the acid in there to throw up.
