This evening whilst taking my dog for a walk in the local park, I came across the ringleader of a group of local 13-14 year old egg throwing, vandalistic, delinquent little yobs who makes so many of our lives a misery. At the time the dog was running free and I was on the mobile taking a call from work, I wasn't paying to much attention of what was going on around me. I became aware that this lad was screaming in fear, and I mean absolutely sh!tting himself because the dog was running around him thinking it was all a game. I 'm reasonably certain that my dog wouldn't have harmed him, but took huge pleasure in watching the little bugger squirm so I didn't immediately call the dog back. The moment was priceless, without the power of his gang behind him he was a hopeless, defenseless, sobbing wreck. Have i done wrong?

Bosphorus

I understand your point, but I don't willingly or knowingly set out to terrorise my nieghbourhood. Pranks, I understand and can accept, but when youth malice is rewarded but I am made a criminal for defending my own property tolerance becomes a little thin. Without wanting to sound macho, because I'm not, but I'll happily “discipline” a group of teenagers without the support of a dog, but the laws of my country unfortunately don't permit it.

Yes, if it was just you two, you should have grabbed a branch and beat that little dweeb til he was a broken bleeding mess on the curb.

Ah yes, so you declared yourself the judge and jury for these kids?

So you decided to prove that you are on the same level as they are?

Congratulations.

'Bosporus' is too up tight. Pity you don't have an American Pit Bull which really would have made him soil his pants!.

Yes. You have become like them. Now you have no right to criticize anyone for terrorizing others. Well done.

Next time try the same without your dog.
