For everything make sure you care for it and put time into it. Eat a healthy diet with lots of water, fruits and vegetables. These things do effect how your skin, and your body looks. Get enough sleep, lack of sleep can bloat you, cause wrinkles and puffiness. And try to reduce the stress in your life, that is one of the main factors that effect your health and your appearance.

For you skin specifically - cleanse it morning and night with an oil free soap like cetaphil. Then exfoliate about once a week to make your skin glow and have a healthy look. Use a good moisturizer with an spf to protect your skin. I like Aveeno.

Good luck!

Exfoliate all your body and drink lotz of water.
Mix some olive oil with sugar and lemon and exfoliate with it, it leaves your skin sooo soft.
Also use a face lotion with SPF and for the body cocoa butter is one of the best.
Wash you face everyday and if you use foundation try to buy a good one, that used to be the reason why my skin was so unhealthy, the foundation!

Its all about your diet. Drink lots of water, use the right facial products for you skin type, wash, toner, lotion, makeup. No junk food. Get a facial every now and then. Get a peel it will take a layer of dead skin cells off your face and you will be glowing.
