It is some Latin base language.

Spanish, Italian, French 100%

Italian, French 66%

I think "Ann-marie" is mostly right. My commnets:
1 It is written in horrible Spanish
2. I wouldn't necessarily translate "extraña" as "amazing." it really means "strange." If they wanted to say "amazing" they picked the wrong word. it would probably be better to use something like "outstanding" ("sobresaliente") or "extraordinary" ("extraordinaria"). Of course the person may have meant "strange."
