When a guy says a girl is fit, he means that a girl is beautiful/attractive/has a nice body etc etc. Its the same as calling someone 'hot'.

Fit means different things to different people I guess. It realy doesn't depend on your weight. For me a fight woman is someone who looks good in what she is wearing, carries her self well
With that said, I think most guys think a fit gal is one that isn't FAT. However, that is definately a subjective term. One man's hippo, is another's fantasy. Just be happy with who you are, and men will flock to you like flies on ****.
