i recently posted a question were i had split from my gf and a number of ppl wrote back telling me to wait until she has had time to think but let her no how i feel but what i want to no is how long do i wait until i call her or txt her, its been around 3 days i know i should wait longer but its all thts going through my mind even at work shes all im thinking about and how much i will ge gutted if she leaves me

You need to be patient and give it time. If you don't it will only set you back and you won't be able to get past the agony you are feeling. Keep as busy as you can and move on.

you need to wait longer. it's different for each person...if you just can't handle it, then write it all down. get a blog or some paper and write. then if you really want to when she does talk to you again, show her what you were going through while you two were apart.

you need to wait longer. its going to be hard, but hopefully worth it in the end. try to focus on something else. make plans with your guy friends or family.
