The book of Revelation mentions about dogs being kept outside the city of the New Earth. Only gods are residence in the city of the new earth. Anyone who lives in the likeness of Jesus should not be evil. Those who lived badly are devil so to speak. Here it will be interesting to find out, whether the name of God mentioned in the bible of other translations can produce such a kind of situation or not. So believe in God rather be one that is spelt backward. Live well so that one will not be evil. Having lived right with God, how can he be a devil?
