my bestfriend who is like my sister is havin prob at home n her parents treat he like **** but she cant survive in that enviorment she has 2 good outfits and the rest of her cloths are trash all she has to eat is stuff that me and my friends give her.... when her rents talk to her they talk to her like she is a dog and ppl dont see it because she is 15 turning 16 soon and she comes to me cryin but her rents put on a act they abuse her mentally but not physically so she cant get the police involved she doesnt know what to do can she get amansipated for it her rents arnt there for her and she has been physically abused and raped n the past but now its just mental she goes home and doesnt come out of her room and when she calls me she is crying scared shitless everynight saying that she wants out over and over agian i love her she is my sissy please help

talk to your parents about it. she only has a couple more years till she's 18 and then she could go live with you. i think you should talk to the police if she has been raped. thats very serious

Do not speak to her parents, you should contact the police, if she only has that much clothes and no food, their aprents could be charged for Child neglect.
Please, mental abuse is abuse and if she was abused before and raped, she can't go on with her parents. Talk to your friend and agree that you will talk to the police, if not, the DCFS department of Children and families.
If anything, talk to grown person you trust like your parents or a teacher, but try to persuade your friend to get out of that situation.
I understand what she's going through. My father in law treated his children like that and now the two youngest are in foster care. But they are in a better place than with their father.

Call 1-800-4ACHILD it's good til you're 18. They will have an investigator out within 48 hours. They can everything from get mediation to parenting classes, to getting your friend out of the house. They won't say who called. You can even call on her behalf.

get her to tape what they sayin to her when they mentally abuse her and then give the tape to the cops.
you can talk to your parents about it and tell then to talk to her parents
