I watched the Tyra Banks show, and she was talking about how all the models do it in bed..What they do, is lay on their backs, and put their legs up as high as possible... and do the scissors, the pretend bike riding... then you put your knees up high and squeeze up your buttocks, up as high and hold your booty up there as long and hard as possible. not only is this good for your buttocks, but your hips, & thighs, as well.. Then you can do any kind of exercise with those legs up in the air.. Just work them as long and hard as you can until you break out in a sweat, and then repeat this for a couple of nights! And girl you are going to see "RESULTS!!" Immediately!! I did, but I was hit by a car, and have alot of arthritis, and was in agony, after about 1 week, of these exercises! So , I had to take a break from doing it, but I will be going back to doing them, they are that effective, and quick results!! I promise you, you will be feeling the results the very next day!! You Just Go Girl!!! Smile!!!

First off, do you mean your calves are thighs are too big and you wish for them to be smaller? If so, it is impossible to tell your body to JUST lose weight from those ares of your body. It is impossible to spot-reduce any area of the body. You just have to keep doing cardio to lose fat from all over the body until the legs slim down to your liking. Genetics play a part too, though. If your upper body is much thinner and no matter how much cardio you do, your thighs and calves don't slim down, you may be genetically predetermined to just carry more fat on those areas.
If you want your legs to appear to be more muscular or you want them to be tighter - you can do lunges, squats, and do weight machines at the gym to get more definition.

There really is no such thing as spot reducing. Exercise, like running or jogging regularly will keep you fit and you will probably lose some weight all over. Go to a gym and talk to a personal trainer.

Baggy clothes hide your body and encourage lounging around. So even when you're relaxing at home, wear fitted clothes to hold you on track.

Don't keep junk food inside your kitchen. If it's not presently there, you can't be tempted because of it.
