same as answer above, use a treat on the other side. i put a bowl of tuna fish on the other side, let them smell it, then brought them to the other side, helped them go through the door, and then after that, they were all set. use it all the time.

Put a can of tuna outside then door or something that she likes. Let her know that its there by pushing to flap open. She has to get use to pushing the door with her head and if there is something on the other side that she wants bad enough she will try to go through it, thus showing her that It can be done. hope this helps

you put your cat through it a few times and it will get use to using it as long as you dont let it in thriugh the door open the cat door and hold a treat at the other end it will get used to going through

Train her by getting her favorite treat and sitting on the opposite side of the door as her/him and tempt them through the door over and over until they realize what it is.
