i mean i know that there are some cute popular girls that are nice i have gotten that alot but come on mean nasty ugly girls! how is that supposed to make the people that actually try and are cute and nice be ranked as one of the mean girls?!

the guys like that type of girls because the y don't have any respect for themselves. it also depends on the guy. whether the guy has respect for him self or not. but guys are just playing with them that way the popular girls know them.. but then again they are going to be know for "the guy with the ugly one"

Its a matter osf self esteem. Perhaps the boy doesnt really think he's worth much and he likes the bossy abussive type girl. It may also be that he really doesnt think to much about girls in general so the mean girl supports his opinion.
For example: :All girls are such "_itches".

Maybe they think making it appear like they "can" make fun of girls who aren't stereotypically gorgeous, it establishes them as "hot enough" to get away with making fun of girls? Sort of like how some people try to gauge attractiveness of someone by their boyfriend/girlfriend. Like "they were hot enough/confident enough to get/make fun of this reasonably attractive girl, therefor they must also be attractive". But I'm gay and not a jerk so I'm really just guessing.

I heard other guys say'n that they dated a cupple of "hot" girls and sayed that there was somethin wrong wit dem like they were crazy, loose, or complete b**ches. so they always go for those ugly girls. but never happened to me.

I dont like mean girls at all. i like a girl with a sense of humor that is always smiling. so i guess you could say i like the exact oposite.
