In our group of ten friends ( 4 girls and 6 boys), one of the guys got his head shaved.We girls laughed at him and the whole day we kept rubbing his head.And from then on one after the other the boys started getting their heads shaved stating one or the other reason.
But the reason was quite obvious.Each one of them wanted to enjoy the extra attention they got from us girls the day they got their head shaved.
Are women directly or indirectly influencing men to get their heads shaved?Or is there some other reason?

that may be the case for younger guys but it's not always the case. i have quite a few hairless guy friends. my husband occasionally shaves his head. why? because we live in louisiana and it is hot. so in the summer he'll shave his head. other guys who are young (20's and 30's) and going bald would rather shave their heads than have a receeding hairline (3 or 4 of my friends do this instead) and some guys just do it because they like the way it looks. i'm pretty sure most of the guys i know don't get more attention because they are hairless. it's just a personal choice.

Well, there are two reason for men to shave their head for the girls. One, it's that nowaday most of the men have hair loss when they are young. The best thing for them is to have their head shaved. This way, not only will he had covered their Baldness by their head shaved, but also it makes a fashion stand too. Second, and most popular recently, is that they want to look different than the rest of the other man. They want to stand out. I do admitted that some of the man who shaved their head is better look than their before style. Well, hope to answer your question!

Most of you love it even though you laughed; why else would you girls keep rubbing the guy's head? Just admit it!
I started shaving mine as the bald spot at the crown of my head got bigger and bigger every year and then started having less and less hair on the top of my head in general. And no, a combover is NEVER an option. Neither is the endless parade of "hair systems", pills, potions, and lotions being hawked on infomercials and elsewhere.
Whether going bald or not, it's ultimately the guy's choice of hairstyle (or lack thereof) to have a shaved head.
I think you and your girl friends only laughed as a knee-jerk response because your peers expected as such. Most of you enjoyed rubbing his head but are afraid of admitting it fearing ridicule from said peers.

Hi, trupti. As long as women rub the shaven heads of young guys, naturally all the guys are prompted to get their heads shaved clean and anticipate that sweet and gentle feminine touch on their heads! Moreover, fashion is also contagious!!

some like the extra attention, some do it because it is simple, wash and go. i think it is indirect influence in a way, but some guys look better with a shaved head too.

I think there is a definite female influence. I personally would rather see a man who is partially bald shave his head rather than look like Donald Trump. Bald can be very, very sexy.

oh man not only to get their head shaved, womenare respnsible for each and every thing a guy does thinks and feels, they are tthe prime cause!! i keep wondering, if all the women in the world come to gether and announce they won like guys who smopke abd drink, believe me there will be so many deaths saved and so many houses kept alive/!! hmm whe will this fickle minded species realise their worth there won be any bad things happening in this world!!
