Yeah potassium deficiency sounds about right actually, eat bananas a great natural source of potassium. Also, try going to the sauna at your local hotel or something, well worth the $20/£12 or summin as this will completely relax you and is great for circulation.

Take a calcium-magnesium-zinc pill 3 times a day with meals. Tense muscles are sometimes caused by magnesium deficiencies. Also, Take 30 mg of Coenzyme Q10 with each meal while taking Lipitor. This will give you more energy and protect your muscles from some of the more serious side effects of the statin drug.
Have a great Thanksgiving!

could be a potassium deficiency. when you make a muscle, potassium kicks in as you release tension. the more balanced your potassium level, the more quickly and smoothly your muscle will release that tension. try eating a banana every day for a week. it won't work as a "few minute cure". you will have to slowly increase the potassium in your body for it to have an effect.

it may be stress....sit for 10-15 minutes a day and concentrate on relaxing your muscles, one at a time.....and check throughout the day if you are tensing any muscles, and try to release them if you are......
