You would drown my friend.
I guess if you set out from New York and walked to Alaska, waited until the straights froze over and then walked across Russia and then through Europe and to Brighton via the Channel Tunnel you could do it without swimming the Atlantic... at a guess 6 months at 8 hours walking a day.

Well, you'll probably have to wait for the next big ice age, so that could take a while, but when it does freeze over there should be an ice bridge from Newfoundland across greenland and iceland into scotland (assuming that the gulf stream has stopped). Assuming you don't get lost and your sledge full of food isn't too hard to pull and the ice/snow is reasonably flat, you could make about 30 miles per day if you try real hard. So about 148 days.

As you cannot walk across the Atlantic Ocean I assume you will be going via Canada, Alaska, the Bering Straights (with global warming does it still freeze over in winter?), Russia, Poland, Germany, Netherlands,
Belgium, France, hop over the fence into the Channel Tunnel (don't forget to dodge the trains) then along the south coast of England.
There you are, easy! How old are you? Do you have enough lifespan left to complete this walk? If you decide to go don't forget to pack a nice warm jumper (Siberia can be chilly in the winter and you will be there for at least a couple of winters walking across it). Look out for Polar Bears too. They can be mean when they're hungry. Good luck!

You'll have a job trying to walk across the Atlantic. But if you really must, then don't forget your wellies.

I would guess that you are able to walk on water. If you can work such miracles maybe you can transport yourself through the power of telekinesis.
