Yes, very easily in fact.
Put some skinless, bonless chicken breasts in the broth and cook until done. Remove and dice, and then put chicken back in broth.
Sautee diced onions and celery in butter until soft, add to broth. Add sliced carrots and chicken boullion, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add egg noodles. Cook until noodles are done. That's it!! You now have really good homemade chicken noodle soup!

Never heard of boiling a chicken to make 'fried' chicken. Without seeing the recipe, I would not save the water. Start with boiling a chicken with veggies & seasonings for chicken soup from scratch, or use a chicken soup recipe of choice.

Yes you can do that....I would suggest boiling the chicken and when its done remove it, add some salt, pepper, garlic, onion, celery, carrots and simmerfor another 1/2 hour or so. Let cool, remove vegetable, pour into canister or tupperware and freeze it until you are ready to make soup.

It's this easy: Add a little more water, bullion cubes to taste. Add rice or noodles. Shred the meat off of one or two of your chicken pieces, add that to the water once the rice or pasta is cooked. Add fresh or frozen mixed veggies and cook until the veggies are done. There you have it.

i guess. usually, to make chicken broth, you would cook the chicken with vegetables and herbs (etc). to make stock, which is better in my opinion, you need to boil the carcass or bones.
