how can u tell someone?

I have this really good guy friend and I kinda like him but he says he just thinks of me as a friend but when we talk which is quite often he brought up that he likes this girl that I HATE how do I tell hime girl and I think that he shouldn't ask her out that I dislike without sounding mean and him thinking that I like him
btw i'm 15

Being honest is the best. do you not like her because you like him and don't want him to like her because you like him or do you truly not like her as a person?
