I don't know about raw beef but I read in a dog health magazine that raw chicken was one of the best types of food for a dog. So maybe you could give a dog raw beef it's not too different from raw chicken.

Dogs evolved eating raw meat. If the beef was reasonably fresh – not going bad or anything – the chances are very good that his digestion will handle it just fine. Making your dog throw up would be a lot more traumatic than any temporary digestive upset.

Beef in general can have too much fat for the dog and too much protein for some breeds. Check with your Vet about what is right for your dog. I would never give a dog raw ground beef. The fat content is very high. If you want to try a raw diet for your dog, it is a lot of work and your dog needs more than just raw meat. Here is a website about raw feeding: http://www.rawdogranch.com
I tried a raw diet for my dogs for a few mos and they did great on it but the maintenance of giving them the right combinations, of handling raw meats, of getting other products they need in the diet got to be too much for me.
I have them back on a quality dog food that they handle well.

Yes. My Agility trainer often treats her dogs with raw hamburger. I don't because of the salmonella risks etc (to me, not my dogs - they'll digest it too fast for it to hurt them!)

The answer to the question is NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! there could be so many things in the beef that the dog could get ring worms, tape worms, heart worms, food poisoning, and throw up.
If you are willing to have your dog put through this then go for it,,, my advice COOK IT FIRST

wild dogs, yes, domesticated dogs no,same reason humans today shouldn't eat raw meat, the domestication is what makes you sick and would make the dog sick.
