If you think you are better than others and shouldn't have to wait, yes.

If you have to be somewhere, and someone is expecting you, no.

Like so many things, it's not the manifestation but the motivation.

I don't know if I would call it the sin of pride. Often this can be contributed in lifestyles and environment. For instance; I lived in California and the people there are all fast pace. They work hard, they play hard, and they move at a quick pace on everything. Driving being at the top of the list. Then I lived in Idaho and it was a culture shock. Everything including process was very slowed down.

~~~ Midge,,, Firstly,, Pride is not a "sin", unless YOU make it so. ~~ They get crazy because of Impatience (Patience being a Virtue) and Intolerance (Why aren't those idiots as fast as me?),,, and vice-versa.,,,Simple Answer= People drive people nuts.
It's impatience. I was taught to do what you gotta do quickly so you have more time to do what you wanna do. I'm pretty fast paced, my daughter is a lollygagger. She does drive me nuts, but I love her so I make allowances for her. Everyone else can eat my dust.
hahaha thats a good thought... Pride is the root of all sin, because when we sin we break God's laws, and that means we think we are above God's rule... so in a way yes it is, but it is more specifically a sin of uncharitableness/bad example... because the fast person is getting angry, and upsetting the slower person... and the slower person gets angry, which is also a sin... :)
