The correct site is: www.annualcreditreport.com It’s free once a year from all three credit bureaus. Only the report is free if you want the score they charge you a fee. Make sure you start from selecting your state and go from there, because some people click the link for the bureau instead of reading the instructions and they are sent to third party websites that require a credit card and of course you will end up paying them.
Utilities usually don't get reported to the bureaus unless you don’t pay and they will come up as collections. In some states companies do have to report it. Very likely you are not going to find your phone service payment history on a credit bureau report.

Be very careful of some sites that offer free credit reports with a trial membership in a credit monitoring service.

The service itself is good but it is expensive and it is very, very hard to cancel.

I fell for this about two years ago and I had to call three times before they finally stopped billing my charge card the monthly fee, even though I told them to stop the service.

But just so you know, telephone providers do not provide payment history information to the credit bureaus because phone service is a utility service not a credit service.

Here we go again.

The only government approved site to get your free credit report is AnnualCreditReport.com. They don't ask for your credit card nor do they require you to sign up for any services. FreeCreditReport may be free, but only for 30-days. After that you're charged a monthly fee for credit monitoring services.
Most utilities don't report to the bureaus unless you're start missing payments and turned over to collections.

I just did this last night. It was hard to find a site that actually give you the credit report for FREE. Go to annualcreditreport.com, the do not ask for any money and you can get your report from all three companies.

www.freecreditreport.com

I used it and it doesn't cost. But to more formally answer your question, utilities are not usually on your credit report. Just revolving accounts such as credit cards and of course any loans (car, house, etc...)
