Food doesn't get rid of love handles. Certain types of food, however, may help if you are exercising at the same time. So, as the age old advice goes, eat right and exercise!

Theres no real FOOD that gets rid of lovehandles. Do side bends. =] It works.

Vegatbles and Fruits but it isn't food mostly it is exercising.
