The best thing to do is to visit the following web site:http://www.tsa.gov/ . that is your best bet. But of course just remember what ever you take make sure it will not interfere with the safety of the flight even if it is not listed

Your best bet is to go to http://www.tsa.gov/ they have a complete list of what you can and can not bring on the aircraft as well as instructions on how to correctly pack your carry on with the liquids, etc...
