Good for you, like you're going to get some nutrition and good health from it, NO!

It has no nutritional value and all the ingredients other than water and the natural minerals in the water can be harmful in excess.

A bottle of plain water would probably be healthier.

I've just come out of catering and my company pulled out of dealings with abbey well because it contained a high amount of salt we swithced to Buxton.

yes it is and it is definitely better than fizzy drinks and it also helps with weight loss and so does other flavoured spring water like Volvic

No. Sucralose is a chlorinated sugar compound.

The word 'Artificial' is a dead give away.
